Once we receive your payment by one of the payment methods we will issue a payment confirmation via email.


On the day of despatch we will forward by email despatch details and product description.

The address for receipt of consignment will be as per the information provided by you or has been provided online or on our website


Before approval for return we will require the following detail

• Photographic evidence of freight damage

• A brief description of the problem if a product is being returned due to a fault


Quoted prices include free delivery to all states of Australia.

GST is included in the price.


Delivery Times will vary depending on the product ordered.

Enterprise Medical cannot accept responsibility for delays resulting from thing outside our control (such as unusual weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters)

Delivery times may vary between 2-5 days depending on your location. Despatch will be within 1 day of receiving payment.

With orders that cannot be fulfilled the purchaser will be notified and advised as to the status of the order, and:

• An alternative product will be offered; or
• An amended delivery dated will be advised; or
• A refund of the deposit will be made if either or both of the above options are unacceptable.
